Nestled alongside a quiet valley in Glenfield on Auckland’s North Shore, Windy Ridge School offers tree-lined grounds, a large sports field, playgrounds, a basketball court, and a range of learning spaces, including our purpose-built Te Whare Ako, along with dedicated STEM and Enviro areas.

At Windy Ridge, we provide a safe and inclusive environment for all tamariki and their whānau. Our values are reflected in The Windy Ridge Way, encouraging our learners to be respectful, curious, collaborative and resilient.

Our vision is to grow confident and engaged learners. We achieve this through high-quality teaching that reflects students’ needs and interests, while fostering a love of learning. We celebrate the diverse cultures within our community and honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi, ensuring every learner feels a strong sense of belonging.

We are proud of our dedicated staff, who build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau to support each child to flourish. As principal, I value these connections and am often at the school gate so please feel free to stop and say hello.
